I started Sweat by Step Fitness in April 2011 because of my love for Zumba. Since then it has turned into so much more. I have continued my education in Group Fitness and Personal training through NASM. I also am getting my Hot Hula certification in the spring of 2013. For now I have Zumba classes and a group Body Sculpting Class in the evening and also have Personal Training available for a variety of times during the week and weekends.  Along with my fitness classes I have a 

Zumba partyHealth and Wellness program called  The Advocare 24 day Challenge that will help you reach goals with an eating plan along with the right supplements to plug-in all the gaps. This made a significant change in my results and helped bridge the gap that I was missing while reaching my personal fitness goals. Read my fitness journey!

Zumba is on Monday and Fridays at 6:30pm and Body Sculpt is on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Make sure to check out my schedule for an updated Monthly calender.

Classes are at Keeler’s Corner apartments in Lynnwood. Enter off the right of the Cabana and around the side to the  dance studio entrance.
